Does the total price include expenses or taxes?

The total price includes taxes. Additional expenses, if existing, would be indicated in the particular conditions of each apartment.

Is the cleaning service included in the total price?

Cleaning service fee is included in the total price.

I would like to book a couple of apartments for a bigger group of people.

To book a couple of apartments, please contact us directly, so we can prepare an individual offer.

How do I get the booking confirmation and the keys?

The confirmation of your booking will be sent to the e-mail address that you have used in the reservation form. Key collection takes place at the office, located at Grodzka 4 Street. Our reception office is open: April - October: 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. November - March: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. When arriving after 20:00, keys can be collected from a night-guard. When you receive the booking confirmation by e-mail, you will also get detailed instructions about how to collect the keys.

I want to know if there are beddings and towels in the apartment.

Yes, apartments provide beddings and towels (also soap and shampoo) for number of people arriving to the apartment.

When does the check-in start and the check-out finish ?

Our check-in starts at 2 p.m. and the check-out is at 11 a.m.

Is there a possibility to pay with a credit/debit card?

Yes, you can pay either cash or credit/debit card in Krakow For You reception office.

Is it possible to pay in a foreign currency?

We accept cash only in Polish Zloty (PLN). When paying by card, one can choose the currency.

Is it possible to collect/bring back the apartment keys before/after office hours?

After reception office opening hours keys can be collected from a night-watchman. On check out (if reception office is not opened yet) just leave the keys in the box next to the office.

I would like to book a couple of apartments for a bigger group of people.

Normally apartments which are located in the same building have similar names. Therefore they are easily recognisable on the apartments list. If you have any doubts, please contact us to get help.

Is it possible to order cleaning service during my stay in the apartment?

Yes, there is a possiblity to order cleaning service in the apartment during your stay. Such cases will be considered individually - please contact our office.

Is it possible to book a taxi transfer from the airport/railway station directly to the apartment?

Yes, it is possible to order a taxi trasfer directly to/from the apartment. If you would like to use the Krakow For You TAXI service please contact our office.

Is it possible to use parking space?

Both our properties are located in the car-free zones. We cooperate with a private parking lot located on 28 Poselska street, around 200 m from our reception.
